Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery typically takes 7-9 business days after processing.

We currently ship to the United States and countries within the Euro Area. Shipping options include Free Standard Economy Shipping and Eco-Friendly Shipping + Tracking for $9.99.

If you select Eco-Friendly Shipping + Tracking, tracking details will be provided once available. Free shipping options may include limited or no tracking depending on the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for errors, typos, or incomplete address details entered by the customer. If you need to correct your shipping address, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

We are not responsible for delays caused by local courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, high season congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
